The Use of medical marijuana may affect coordination and cognition in ways that could impair ability to drive, operate heavy machinery or engage in potentially hazardous activities.
If you experience any of the following side effects stop taking the medicine and contact your doctor:
  • Difficulty speaking
  • Problems with memory / trouble concentrating
  • Feeling over excited or losing touch with reality
  • Feeling depressed / confused
  • Hallucinations
  • Thoughts of suicide
  • Changes in pulse, heart rate or blood pressure
Although smoking marijuana has not been linked to lung cancer, it could cause respiratory harm such as bronchitis. Marijuana smoke contains chemicals that can cause cancer and smoking it, may increase risk of respiratory diseases and could be harmful to your health. Vaporizers may substantially reduce many of the potentially harmful toxins that are present in marijuana smoke .
 Pregnancy and Lactation

Using marijuana may have an effect on the reproductive system in men and women. Chronic use of marijuana may cause infertility, impotence, menstrual abnormalities and decrease testosterone levels.

You should not use marijuana if you are pregnant. Marijuana crosses the placenta and can slow down the growth of the fetus and may increase the risk of leukemia during childhood.

Nursing mothers should not use marijuana as it may impair their judgement and child care abilities. Active components of marijuana are excreted into breast milk and could retard your baby's development and cause long - term harm.

Symptoms of overdose include but are not limited to:
Nausea
Vomiting
Disturbances of heart rhythms
Numbness of arms and legs
Hacking Cough
